Is this a good thing? Is he one of the "Siri Boys"?
ReplyDeleteAs with LondonFrater, what's the deal with Moraglia, and who's cheering the loudest, the Trads or the Libs?

Moraglia, apparently an expert of liturgical master and one of the priest ordained by Cardinal Siri will surely be the best candidate to head into Venice - he brought the concept of "reform of the reform" into his diocese in a proper way even he wears a pontifical gloves when he celebrates the Novos Ordo.
ReplyDeleteMy another thought is Bishop Mario Oliveri, also one of the "Siri Boys" and devoted on TLM would be also a good candidate for the see of Venice.
According to Tornielli, Moraglia will be appointed tomorrow (Jan 31st) . Deo Gratias!

ReplyDeleteMoraglia is excellent. This lines him up to be Pope. Give him ten years in Venice, and Benedict ten years more in Rome, and Bob's your uncle, sicut dicimus.
