The new text of the Apostolic Constitution “Praedicate Evangelium”, on the organization of the Roman Curia, regarding the attributes of the Congregation for Divine Worship regarding the Traditional liturgy is this:
Art. 93:
The Dicastery is charged with the regulation and discipline of the sacred liturgy regarding the use — granted according established norms— of the liturgical books preceding the reform of Vatican Council II.
The fastest change to a legal text in Vatican history! They didn’t even bother republishing anything, they just changed it on the Bollettino website (the Press Office bulletin). Quite a sign of legal stability and trustworthiness!
Perhaps we Traditional Catholics should be proud of our great “influence”…
