Andre Cardinal Vingt-Trois -- who has offered the Traditional Latin Mass in "Missa Cantata" form, and yet shown much hostility to Catholic Traditionalists -- will preside at Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament and lead the Act of Consecration to the Blessed Virgin on the evening of Pentecost Sunday, May 23, 2010, at the 28th traditional Catholic pilgrimage from Paris to Chartres.
