Interesting. The Filipino bishops, by and large, do everything in their power to put up walls against Tradition and the Traditional Latin Mass. But this is a good sign.
Hopefully, His Excellency will NOT be wearing that gold Vatican II polyester poncho when he celebrates!

I hope this will inspire more priests in the Philippines to regularly celebrate the TLM.
Hope this TLM does not cause Abp. Palma to be blackballed for the Cardinal hat. We need him to neutralize our very own Cardinal Wuerl.
