What a shame - I don't drink beer - but I'll take the rest!

Douay Rheims Bible
Proverbs 31:6
" Give strong drink to them that are sad; and wine to them that are grieved in mind.
7 Let them drink, and forget their want, and remember their sorrow no more."

This is the basis of theologians permitting imperfect drunkeness during woes.

Brother Juniper, classic, hilarious comment, thanks for making me laugh out loud. Now I'm finally understanding and on board with the "new evangelization"
