Rorate on the Road: In NYC at Holy Innocents

The last time Rorate was on the road at Holy Innocents Church in Manhattan -- a newly-restored parish with a regular TLM under the threat of closure any day now by Timothy Cardinal Dolan (see here) -- the sanctuary looked like this:


Today, on Pentecost Sunday, with the wonderful restoration apparently complete, the sanctuary now looks like this:


The church was nearly full with people of every race and ethnicity imaginable, all united by the universal language of the Church, and the timeless Roman Rite, the Traditional Latin Mass. The choir was also very practiced and sung the High Mass beautifully. Forgive the quality of the sound from my phone, but to get an idea, watch the video below with the volume up high:
