For the record - Cardinal O'Brien to leave Scotland

Vatican City, 15 May 2013 (VIS) – This afternoon, the Holy See Press Office issued the following press release: “His Eminence Cardinal Keith Patrick O’Brien, archbishop emeritus of St. Andrews and Edinburgh, for the same reasons he decided not to participate in the last Conclave, and in agreement with the Holy Father, will be leaving Scotland for several months for the purpose of spiritual renewal, prayer, and penance. Any decision regarding future arrangements for His Eminence shall be agreed with the Holy See."

A very encouraging development. Also, *another* Franciscan reference to Satan:

Some hopeful signs.

Hopefully this is the beginning of rooting out the Lavender Sodomite mob from Christ's Pure Bride.

Here is a great Church Militant TV on this travesty:

Please God he stays away for a very long time and that the current investigation ensures the immediate removal of his "friends" ( and all the damage they helped him to create with a cafe sharing the entrance to cathedral, children leaving Mass to draw pictures under the pretext of forming them in the faith, the lay busy bodies around the sanctuary distributing the Lord at Mass, the "village hall" Catholics who treat the presence of Our Lord in the tabernacle with the arrogant disdain they show by talking about their hairstyles, travel arrangements and other such drivel, after Mass.
That the investigation
removes all these prelates friends from their positions of authority within the Arch-diocese so that the garbage we have had to endure may be put in the bin and growth may once again appear.
God bless the Pope!

I'm only alive because my relative hail from Aberdeen; we have livers that only some in the north of
Germany can match!

I can still do 300 push-ups a a day, but before I do so, I pray for the TLM in Scotland (if you're Scotch, don't confuse it with the United Kingdom!)

Malta, enough with the swearing, and how good looking and strong you are. This is a Catholic blog, so either act as a Catholic or refrain from commenting.

Any word on when the Holy See will be arranging for Mahony to leave the U.S.?

Rome has spoken.

Perhaps the rest of us should refrain from further comment.

We shall see.

Of Cardinal O'Brien's known 'victims', three priests and one former priest, one had an affair with him of over 30 years' duration....the others were his 'inner circle' and had inappropriate relations with him over a period of time.

All owe their careers to O'Brien, with the exception of the former priest who is now a management consultant in Dubai. He left the priesthood after finding himself in court charged with molesting 2 altar boys on 5 occasions.

Of the others, one left his parish with a six figure hole in its accounts and fled to England with a significant amount of Church property which the diocese couldn't be bothered to ask him to return. he is now living with a male Anglican cleric in London and has developed an interest in the TLM.

One was found a nice posting, ministering to English speaking Catholics in Luxembourg, and the remaining 'victim' was given a similar privilege in Switzerland.

Victimhood obviously pays well. Alas for the unsuspecting English-speaking Catholics in Switzerland and Luxembourg, no-one has told them about the past histories of their new pastors....and the Church doesn't seem to be doing anything about them: enthusiastically practising lavenderists both.

If I may be permitted to post a link, Michael Voris is currently in Scotland and reported yesterday on the scandal in the Scottish Church, arising from the behaviour of Cardinal O'Brien, his 'particular' friends and the damage they have wrought to the Church as priests in the past 30 years.
