And where are the bishops?
At a ceremony yesterday, Nancy Pelosi, the Catholic Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, received the Planned Parenthood Champion of Women's Health Award.
The question is, when will enough be enough for the bishops whom have jurisdiction over her, Archbishop Niederauer (San Francisco) and Archbishop Wuerl (Washintgon, D.C.)? When will they finally defend Our Lord and ban her from receiving Him in Holy Communion?
Wuerl's name is routinely mentioned when red hat season rolls around. With his refusal to act on public heretic politicians -- along with his skipping the first Traditional Latin Mass at the high altar of the National Basilica in Washington, D.C. in nearly 50 years -- he is not doing his cause any favors (please remember to follow @RorateCaeli on Twitter).
