Do "peacemakers" favor abortion and fake marriage?
- Impossible, says the pope

Those who insufficiently value human life and, in consequence, support among other things the liberalization of abortion, perhaps do not realize that in this way they are proposing the pursuit of a false peace. The flight from responsibility, which degrades human persons, and even more so the killing of a defenceless and innocent being, will never be able to produce happiness or peace. Indeed how could one claim to bring about peace, the integral development of peoples or even the protection of the environment without defending the life of those who are weakest, beginning with the unborn. Every offence against life, especially at its beginning, inevitably causes irreparable damage to development, peace and the environment. Neither is it just to introduce surreptitiously into legislation false rights or freedoms which, on the basis of a reductive and relativistic view of human beings and the clever use of ambiguous expressions aimed at promoting a supposed right to abortion and euthanasia, pose a threat to the fundamental right to life.

There is also a need to acknowledge and promote the natural structure of marriage as the union of a man and a woman in the face of attempts to make it juridically equivalent to radically different types of union; such attempts actually harm and help to destabilize marriage, obscuring its specific nature and its indispensable role in society.

Nuns for choice, what next ?

  2. Pope John XXIII - The Roman Synod And The Priest - 24 November 1960

    ...Attitude Toward The World

The fact that we must learn to control and discipline ourselves in this regard as we strive for perfection does not excuse us from passing stern judgment and condemning the things that are wrong in the world. It does not excuse us from trying to protect ourselves against such things or from refusing to let ourselves be deceived, or above all from avoiding compromises with the world for the sake of some monetary advantage or material interest of ours that might be served, especially—and this is the worst and most damnable thing of all—if it is served at the expense of innocent persons.

Here, we are still on the level of the natural law. Woe to the priest who goes to the very limits of reprobation by daring to take false refuge behind the cloak of the mere appearances of canon law and of customs that are distorted or non-existent.

    +++++++ end quote+++++++

With all due respect to Our Sweet Jesus on Earth, this statement of his seems to fall short of the stern judgement and condemnation proposed by Pope Blessed John XXIII; and when can we get a Excommunication dropped on some of these malign miscreants ?

Who in the world is going to think The Catholic Church is serious about what they say about the sacredness of life when it lets these Pro-abortion Sisters run around pretending they are Catholic as they do?

You can bet that McDonald's would not let one of their employees join PETA and begin protesting on McDonald's property; they'd can that clown faster than than a worker of theirs can say, "Dp you want fries with that?"

Well, we dispense the Holy Eucharist more times than McDonald's serves customers each day and as it is the case that who we serve is of infinitely more value than what McDonald's serves, it would seem to make sense to begin barring these malign miscreants from Communion and Communion with the Church; that is, what you DO is far more important than what you say.

  3. These are the same hypocrates that are outraged when a school shooting happens and innocent children are murdered.

  4. Jack O'Malley2:50 AM

Why is Benedict not taking names among these heretic "nuns" and excommunicating them?

Why has he not celebrated the so-called "extraordinary" "form" (i.e. in contradistinction to the low church protestant "service")?

Why has he described his own motu proprio "Summorum Pontificum" as an act of toleration? Who is being tolerated? Has he thereby relegated Traditional Catholics to a second and inferior class in the Church? And subject to his protestant-friendly bishops at that? Clearly that has been the outcome.

Necktie Joe has not changed his stripes. Nor his necktie for the pallium. I welcomed his accession. I am bitterly disappointed. His deeds don't complement his words.

May Archbishop Lefebvre achieve the sainthood he richly deserves. And may that future Pope be canonized as well. It will be well after my earthly time.

(Full disclosure: I have never attended an FSSPX mass. The FSSP and other traditional orders have no presence in the archdiocese in which I am unfortunate to live. Tanto peggio.)

Pope John Paul II got it right with the Culture of Death. These nuns are for abortion and ObamaCare.

  6. 'nuns for choice'...'Jews for hamas'...'catholics for protestants'...'christians for islam'...'priests for pagans'...Satan's smiling along with pictured nun.

  7. It looks as though very few modern catholics pay any attention to what the collegial papacy says these days - 54% of them voted for Obama the abortion and gay marriage man. very significant indeed.
