PHOENIX (CBS5) - A 54-year-old ex-convict has been arrested in the shooting death of a 28-year-old Phoenix priest.

Fr Joseph Terra, 56, was moved out of intensive care Saturday night, but will remain hospitalized for the time being. Doctors expect him to make a full recovery. Rev. Carl Gismondi, who is visiting from San Diego and led the Sunday morning mass at Mother of Mercy, the first since the tragedy there, visited Terra and said he was "in good spirits."
