As for the previous years, this calendar provides the Liturgical feast and colour for each day of the year, following the Traditional 1962 Calendar of the Roman Rite. But we include also other particular feasts, points of interests, the liturgical zodiac, days of abstinence, holidays, and many other things. The Martyrology page also enables you to celebrate the Saints’ anniversary for the year.
This year includes a new section dedicated to Sacramentals. Throughout the Calendar are indicated days on which blessings are traditionally performed, e.g : Blessing of Herbs on the Feast of the Assumption or Roses on the Feast of St Theresa of the Child Jesus. All the texts of the blessing will be available for download on our website.
As always, there is a picture for each month, a window into the daily life of our Monasteries, be it our Liturgical life or simply our daily toils and labours.
