The Vice-President of the United States, J.D. Vance, became, to our knowledge, the first sitting Catholic holder of either the Presidency or the Vice-Presidency to publicly and openly attend a Traditional Latin Mass since the death of President John Fitzgerald Kennedy, in November 1963.
Parishioners and local attendees reported seeing the Vice-President at historic Old St. Mary's Church in Cincinnati, Ohio, staffed by the Cincinatti Oratory and which offers the Traditional Mass several time during the week.
