November 5
Karlskirche, 9 a.m.Low Mass celebrated by Cardinal Burke
Originally Mass on November 5 was scheduled to be in the parish church of St. Leopold in Donaufeld, a church staffed by canons regular of Stift Klosterneubug. As reported by katholisches.info, and as we have been able to confirm independently, it was cancelled at the wishes of the provost of Klosterneuburg, Abbot Primate Bernhard Backovsky, under whose administration the parish currently finds itself. There is no evidence to support the speculations that have appeared on the internet that other any other Austrian prelates were involved in the decision.
