DENTON, Nebraska –14 March 2012 – The Priestly Fraternity of Saint Peter is pleased to announce the dates for its next Sung Traditional Latin Mass Training Sessions. The intensive five day training program begins on Monday, May 7th and ends on Friday, May 11th at Our Lady of Guadalupe Seminary, the House of Formation of the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Peter for its English-speaking candidates.
Content will include rubrics for the Sung Mass, Solemn Mass and instruction regarding singing the Common Tones for the Collect, Epistle, Gospel and Preface. Variations of the Requiem Mass will also be covered.
About the FSSP Priest Training Program
Established in June 2007, the Priest Training Program of the Priestly Fraternity of St Peter has provided personal training for over 130 priests in 72 different dioceses in North America. Over 80% of participants in this program are now saying the Traditional Latin Mass on a regular basis.
